The western prairie is among the most endangered habitat in Washington State, and the largest prairie in the North Sound is found right in the center of Whidbey Island.  This is a free educational event, and were attendees will learn about this endangered habitat, view native wildflowers in bloom, and purchase plants for their own garden.  Bats lovers can stop by our table to learn more about NW bats as well as what plants to purchase if you are creating a bat-friendly garden or yard.
