Bats, Bats, Bats Workshop at the Tukwila Community Center

  • Tukwila Community Center, 12424 42nd Avenue South Tukwila, WA, 98168 United States (map)

Come join us, Green Tukwila, and Woodland Park Zoo for a lively workshop where you’ll learn about our local bat species, discover fun facts, and find your BFF (Bat Friend Forever!) through a fun, fast-paced, speed dating model. Not only will you learn about bats, but you will also find ways to make a difference in the lives of these magnificent mammals. No live bats will be present at this event.

Tukwila wants Bat Stewards:
Are you interested in taking it to the next level? Green Tukwila wants Bat Stewards, folks who report bat sightings over the summer. If you are interested in community science and supporting bats, this is an easy way to get data to the science community. There will be talk more at the event!

The event is free but registration is required.
