Bats Northwest is partnering with Green Tukwila and Woodland Park Zoo on this hybrid workshop to teach about local bats and then ends with a Bat Walk. Come learn how you can make a difference in the lives of these mammals and how you can impact science by joining in and being a community scientist collecting data. This workshop will teach you the ins and outs of reporting bat sightings. The Bat Walk will be on paved trails around the Tukwila Community Center. Please wear comfortable shoes and be dressed for the outdoors. The event is free but registration is required.
