Silver-haired Bat
(Lasionycteris noctivagans)

Silver-haired Bats prefer to roost in trees, often under loose bark. Their coloring makes them hard to see against the bark. This is one of the species of bats that normally has two offspring per year. It is one of the slowest flying bats in the U.S. These bats migrate to their hibernacula rather than hibernate in place.
